We are delighted to announce that the 11th conference of the UKEOF UKDNA-WG will be hosted by the Royal Society, in London on the 13th-14th May 2025.

The conference will bring together policy makers, end-users, researchers and eDNA service providers, to address application of DNA-based methods for meeting monitoring and policy targets. The conference will also cover novel and emerging DNA-based technologies and their benefits and limitations, the ecology of eDNA, ethics, standardisation, FAIR principles and data mobilisation, and engagement and communication.

Sessions will include a combination of invited speakers, short and speed talks, panel discussions and posters.

  • Start: 13th May 2025, 09:00
  • End: 14th May 2025, 17:00
  • Accommodation: Delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation. There are lots of hotel options within reach by public transport.

Registration and Abstract Submission

Please note: Registration and abstract submission are now closed.

The deadline for submitting abstracts for full presentations, speed talks or posters was 18:00 on 12th March 2025

Conference presentations will be recorded and made available on the UKEOF UKDNA Working group homepage, after the conference.

Registration closed at 18:00 on 17th April 2025.

Registration includes refreshments, lunch on 13th and 14th May and a networking drinks evening on 13th May.

Standard registration is £65, and £45 for students.
